Store Policy

Usage & Care Instructions:

All footwear is designed for gentle, casual use only.

It is not recommended that the footwear be used for bushwalking or in wet/ muddy conditions.

It is also not recommended that they be used in place of standard school or sports shoes.

To avoid the digital prints fading, please store away from direct sunlight (when not in use).

If they get dirty, simply wipe with a cloth and cool soapy water and dry in the shade.

N.B.

It is not advised that a water-proofing spray be used on the footwear.

Sizing:

Shoe sizes are given in Euro Sizes, and measurements are provided.

(The measurements provided are the length of the Insole).

Please measure your foot according to the instructions under each product listing.

If in doubt, it is recommended to allow an additional 5 -10mm to your actual foot size.

Please choose carefully, as no returns are available for change of mind or incorrect size.

If you are able to visit my storefront at The Margate Train (Margate, Tasmania), I have a range of sample sizes that you can try on before purchasing online.

Shipping:

All products on this site are Made To Order, and shipped directly to you from my supplier.

This allows me to offer a much wider range of designs and sizes (as I don’t have to store huge quantities of stock!).

Standard Worldwide Shipping is Free of charge!

Shortly after receiving your order I will email you with your tracking number (usually within 48 hours).

Average time for production + shipping to Australia and most other Countries is approx. 21 days, however occasionally there may be unforeseen delays (as they are shipped from China) so please allow up to 28 days to receive your order.

If your order does not arrive within 28 days, please contact me and I will follow up with my supplier immediately.

N.B. Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout, and that the exact same address is provided both on the Website Checkout and the Paypal/ Afterpay Checkout.

Your order will be shipped to the exact address that you provide on the Website Checkout.

If your order is unable to be delivered due to the incorrect address being provided, it may be returned to my supplier. If this occurs, you would be required to then pay a shipping fee to have it re-delivered (to the correct address).

Returns:

There is no Warranty or Exchange available for these products.

However, if you receive an item that is faulty please contact me as soon as possible after receiving it.

As all of these products are shipped directly to you from my supplier, I need to forward any such problems to them (I do not hold these items in stock personally, therefore am unable to send a replacement myself).

In most cases, my supplier will simply require some photographs of the problem and a solution should be provided by my supplier within 7 days of the complaint.

Afterpay:

Afterpay is available to all Australian customers.

(Customers from other countries will only be able to pay via Paypal).

This is a convenient way to purchase items, as it allows you to pay over 4 x weekly instalments.

Custom Orders:

Can’t find what you’re looking for?

Please contact me to discuss a custom order…in most cases I can come up with something that you will love!

(Excluding ‘Licensed’ images etc.).

Unique Custom Design Fee is $10.

Retired Designs:

Some designs will be removed from the website after a period of time (and replaced with new designs).

However, if you wish to purchase an item in a ‘retired’ design please contact me as I can still order those items for you by request.
